Commercial Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager

Due to continued growth, Air Mechanical Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking an Experienced Commercial Plumbing Estimator/ Project Manager. In this position you will be responsible for estimating commercial plumbing projects and managing installations to completion. You will also actively seek bid opportunities and commercial project sales. The base salary will be competitive within the industry, with a full benefit package offering medical, dental, vacation, holiday pay, PTO, 401K, and monthly bonus.

Duties

  • Review plans and specifications.
  • Identify project bid requirements and scope of work
  • Create detailed material and labor estimates
  • Manage installations to completion
  • Seek commercial plumbing bid opportunities

Qualifications

  • Commercial Plumbing Estimating Sales Experience required
  • Understanding of and ability to use estimating strategies and techniques
  • Knowledge and capability to read and relay information on blueprints and schematics
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • High level of detail and accuracy
  • Adept at time management
  • Ability to work independently and think strategically

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Signing bonus

  • Minneapolis-Saint Paul, MN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Commercial Plumbing Estimating: 2 years (Required)
