We decided to replace our 50+ year old furnace with a new one. We appreciated Will, the salesperson, who showed us our furnace options and was patient to explain things in terms we could understand. He guided us to next steps, and AMI has excellent communication systems set up in their business, so we did not feel lost. Robert and Erik did an excellent job of installing, were respectful of our home, and cleaned up things when they were finished. Knowledgeable and pleasant guys. We scheduled the AMI closer, Aaron, 2 days later to tweak the system as we were instructed. He, too, was a knowledgeable and pleasant person.
