Our service technician, John Falkowski, did a terrific job servicing our furnace. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided accurate details of why it was not working; we now have heat :). John also advised us on next steps and what we need to consider for replacing our 20-year-old furnace, but was not pushy at all, which we appreciated. He went through a couple of brands Air Mechanical installs, and we will probably go with Bryant.
