Chad was great! He was working with a new tech (I sadly forgot his name), and they were super informative. Chad also seems to be a great trainer! When they came to give me the quote, Chad let the tech he was working with explain everything to the best of his ability, and if he missed anything (just my email), Chad grabbed it and showed him how to access and check it. Seems like such a great company. Definitely plan on using them even if the homeowners insurance doesn’t cover it! Priced fairly and super communicative.
