We continue to use Chad for all our plumbing needs.
Chad Fortun was thorough in going through various aspects of our plumbing with us. He also introduced us to the LeakSmart shutoff option, which would be nice to have given our circumstances. The water valve to our dishwasher was frozen open (37 years old), and he replaced it for us.
We continue to use Chad for all our plumbing needs.
We just used Chad to reseat a toilet that the contractor’s plumber didn’t do correctly in our redone bathroom.
Reece just finished installing a new shower kit with valve and had to cut out some drywall. Everything was completed, and he reinstalled the drywall piece he cut out. I would use him again.
Mark was our tech today, and he completed our plumbing review, including service of our hot water heater. Very knowledgeable in the plumbing area. Very customer friendly.
Zach put in our new hot water heater and was very thorough and cleaned up when he was done. Explained how the new heater works and showed us the settings.
Caleb fixed a leak in our water softener line and replaced 2 outside faucets that were leaking. I continue to get top rated work done by AMI.

AMI was very helpful (on May 23rd, 2024) when we called about our sump pump problem. They took time to understand our problem and to find an appointment for the next day to help us get it resolved quickly. Alec came out and analyzed our situation and then explained the possible solutions. When we decided on the option that he had on hand, he worked with the main office to free up his schedule so that he could replace the sump pump right away. When he was done he explained what he had done and what we needed to do to take care of our new sump pump. Thank you, AMI and Alec, for your timely, respectful, and cost effective service!
This last Friday (8/9) Alec was back to look at a tub and laundry faucet that had been leaking. He quickly evaluated the problem and came up with the best solution. We decided just to proceed with the shower faucet repair and Alec quickly completed the work, tested to make sure everything was working, and then showed us what he had done and asked us to call if we had any issues.
