Mark Daniels completed a plumbing check on 9/13/2022. He was on time, helpful and efficient. He also tested the PPM on our R/O drinking water system. Plumbing was found to be in excellent condition. He suggested the new on-demand water be serviced annually but did not have the cleaning solution in the truck. He suggested we add it to the fall HVAC check.

The only thing preventing me from giving a 5-star job is that Air Mechanical estimated and billed this as a 4-hour job when it only took 2 hours. I know every job is unique and it's very hard to estimate, but it would have been a 5-star if they had given me some type of adjustment or gift card to recognize that it didn't really need to be billed out at double.
