We continue to use Chad for all our plumbing needs.
Chad Fortun was thorough in going through various aspects of our plumbing with us. He also introduced us to the LeakSmart shutoff option, which would be nice to have given our circumstances. The water valve to our dishwasher was frozen open (37 years old), and he replaced it for us.

We just used Chad to reseat a toilet that the contractor’s plumber didn’t do correctly in our redone bathroom.
Reece just finished installing a new shower kit with valve and had to cut out some drywall. Everything was completed, and he reinstalled the drywall piece he cut out. I would use him again.
Mark was our tech today, and he completed our plumbing review, including service of our hot water heater. Very knowledgeable in the plumbing area. Very customer friendly.
Zach put in our new hot water heater and was very thorough and cleaned up when he was done. Explained how the new heater works and showed us the settings.
Caleb fixed a leak in our water softener line and replaced 2 outside faucets that were leaking. I continue to get top rated work done by AMI.
