Caleb came to my house yesterday for an appointment to fix my outdoor water faucet. He encountered an unexpected challenge which required calling the city to come and shut my water off outside. He took care of all that and worked with the city when the city couldn’t find the outside plate. Caleb is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and it really helped that he liked my dog too, so I didn’t have to shut him in a room the whole time Caleb was here! I will definitely call AMI again!
