Reese was my plumbing tech who looked at my water heaters. Originally I wanted them drained, but because of their age (14 years), he advised against doing that as it might create more problems. We spent a good deal of time discussing replacing them, and he did end up sending me some quotes. I appreciated him advising me to not perform any maintenance on them, as they are working fine, but replacing them in the near future was something to consider. He could have performed the service ($$), then I might have needed to replace them anyway. Very professional.
