Soft water tank also replaced. They tried to fix the outside faucet, but that is still leaking. The sink that is plugged was not looked at because they had another big job to go to, but Carter gave me something to put down my drain. Mike was very functional and respectful. When entering our home, went right to work checking systems. I did not go to the basement to show him where the closet was because of my bad back problems.
He assured me that was OK. He was familiar with the homes in our area and had done others. I was comfortable with that and grateful not having to do the stairs.
Mike was quick and thorough and left no trace behind of his work. We spoke for a while when he was done. He offered other services that Air Mechanical has and said to feel free to call if they could be of help.
Very friendly and accommodating. Made a new friend of my dog. I was happy to have him in our home. Very impressed with the degree of professionalism with which he represented your company.

They Have Always Been Amazing
We had an issue with our water softener and Mike came out the next day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. We ended up getting a new water softener and lift pump too, and all were installed the same day. I thought our water softener was not working correctly. Called yesterday and they were out within 24 hours. Mike Washburn was our tech and he diagnosed the issue quickly as a problem with the iron filter and fixed the issue. Ken Gehrke arrived promptly at 8 a.m., assessed the situation, made appropriate phone calls to remedy the situation, and worked with us to form a plan for the next few days determining the next steps to fix or replace our water softener.
Ken worked with us during the install of the water heater and water softener a couple of months ago. We have enjoyed his forthrightness and professional and friendly service.
