Our company began serving homes and businesses in the Twin Cities over 40 years ago. We got our start with designing and installing heating and cooling systems for leading builders and remodelers throughout the Twin Cities. Our reputation for taking care of customers and providing service after the sale became widespread with contractors and homeowners alike and helped us grow. August 11, 1982 Ross Erickson graduates.
Ross Erickson graduates from Dunwoody College of Technology with both Sheet Metal Fabrication / Design and HVAC Technical Certifications. -
1985
August 14, 1985 Air Mechanical is founded.
The company begins designing/ installing HVAC systems for new, single family homes. In 1992 Air Mechanical expands into multi family homes.

August 13, 1992 Air Mechanical builds location in Ham Lake.
Air Mechanical builds its own facility which includes warehouse, fabrication shop and offices.

August 8, 1997 Air Mechanical launches official 24/7 365 days a year Service Department.
With 10 years of new home construction, AMi had thousands of homes that needed maintenance and repair on their systems.

August 8, 2001 Air Mechanical acquires Radiant Concepts and enters the hot water heat market.
In-floor Wirsbo heat was becoming popular in home bathrooms and kitchen and even snow melt systems in driveways.
